AC Milan defender Pierre Kalulu will undergo medical tests this week to decide if he can be fit for the Milan derby with Inter Milan.

According to Sky Italia, the French defender had a muscle injury during training earlier this week, which put him in major doubt for the anticipated match this weekend.
